"The story starts in the early 1990s on AOL, in a chat room known as the Ebony Room, where I wrote poems on request for community members under the name 'See Lee.' Each poem was a personal response to a real request, from becoming new, to stories of forbidden love, quiet meditations, loneliness and more."
